Hi friends!
It is Halloween today. It may not be by the time I hit publish or by the time you read these words, but right now, the sugars flow freely through my body. I think I may be more sugar than writer!
November is upon us. It is the national writing month. It’s all I hear people talking about. Who’s up for the challenge? Can you write 50k in the month of November? In a normal month I’d say, absolutely. I have a few things working against me. First of all, my full-time teaching job is VERY busy. Final start December 14th (I think … I hope!) so by the end of November, I should have things well in hand. The other is, I have so many books that already just need the TLC of an editor, I don’t need to write more, I need to finish up the already written books!
I have been writing, just slower than normal. My alien sapphic book progresses. I was part way through book 3 of my planned trilogy when I realized I’d have to write more. I knew … I KNEW!! My alpha reader would get to the end and threaten me if I didn’t, so I’ve started to plan knowing I’d need to no matter what.
In more urgent news, Child of Three Halves comes out soon. I’ve moved it up from February to January 5th. I’ve mainly done this because it is already edited. All I need to do is format it and it’s good to go. SO … I’m looking for and ARC team. If you didn’t read Glass Witchling, have no fear, it’s on Kindle Unlimited. If you don’t have KU, I’ll send you both books. You need to read book 1 before book 2.
